What to expect
Join us for a healing 1 hour sauna session at our seaview sauna, located at Mount Pleasant Eco Park and reset in our Cold Plunge amongst the trees. You can book this as either an open session or private.
Open sessions welcome up to 10 people and are shared with community. We encourage calm and mindful conversation.
If you’d prefer a private experience, book all 10 spaces and apply the code PRIVATESAUNA at checkout to receive a group booking discount.
Please note: all body parts must be on a towel, and by booking, you agree to the T&Cs.
