The location, energy and the different experiences are a level above; definitely worth gold star recommendation. The breath work is informative, developmental and reassuring, the yoga with chakra is soothing and the preparedness for the ice bath with the additional sea dip, sauna and hot tub all resound deeply. Wholesome, purposeful food that added the final perfect touch - my reference is a glowing one."

Wow! This place is a sanctuary, feels like the garden of Eden!

"Wow! This place is a sanctuary! A slice of heaven nestled amongst an orchid, feels like the garden of Eden! The main sauna overlooks Porthtowan beach, the view is breathtaking! The temperature was nice and hot and there is a plunge pool sat under trees letting you feel secluded and connected with nature. There’s space to relax and bath in the sun, cold AND hot showers! The place is well thought out and that’s not all, there is a geo dome where various breathwork and sound journey sessions take place, you can see all events on there easy to use website, and the people who run it are lovely, Sam is a Wim Hof trained instructor who personally trained with the Iceman! He’s aura emits calmness, wisdom and friendliness, you won’t want to leave this place! I haven’t taken any photos because I wanted to switch of and restore, and that’s exactly how I feel after leaving, full of good energy, this a Michelin star or the sauna world! Thank you Soul Sweats 🥰🙏"
